OHA CUPBelow is the Schedule for the 2013 OHA Cup 2013 OHA Cup Now Accepting AA Team Applications! CAMBRIDGE, ON – The Ontario Hockey Association, in partnership with Alliance Hockey, the Ontario Minor Hockey Association and the Cambridge Minor Hockey Association is pleased to announce they are now accepting on a first come first serve basis, five AA team applications to the 2013 OHA Cup. The OHA Cup, taking place from March 7-10, will provide an opportunity for Major Midget AA and AAA age hockey players to participate in a tournament that creates an educational and hockey experience. The five competing AA teams will participate in a separate conference and compete amongst themselves for the OHA Cup AA Championship. The tournament will be designed to specifically educate players and parents on the opportunities that exist past Midget hockey. Players will be educated on the next steps required to properly position themselves to transition from Minor to Junior hockey. The OHA Cup will provide an opportunity for players to be scouted for the next level of competition, explore their different options, teams and leagues available and what will be expected of them as they pursue higher levels of hockey and education.
