November Player of the Month

Patrick Young of the Fitzsimmons Lakefield Chiefs has been selected as the Ontario Hockey Association's Player of the Month for November.

In his rookie season with the Chiefs, this 18 year old has 15 points in 8 games in November while picking up only 2 minutes in penalties. He currently leads his team in scoring and sits 4th in the league's scoring race.

When he's not suiting up for the Chiefs, Pat attends Sir Sandford Fleming College in the Firefighters program, referees minor hockey and coaches at the youth level.

Pat is seen accepting his award in Lakefield on December 2nd from League Convener, Liz Basinger.
